Newly completed (2007) Two Story Penthouse on small complex with shared swimming pool. There is also a kiddie's pool and a small playground. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom all with Air Conditioning. Sleeps 6 people or 8 if sofa bed is used. The main bathroom is on the 2nd level and has a Jacuzzi bath, sink and toilet; there is also a wet room with toilet on the 1st level close to the bedrooms. The large private rooftop terrace is excellent for sun bathing or having an evening meal cooked on the built in BBQ. The first and second bedrooms have balconies. The main bedroom and roof terrace overlook the pool so keeping an eye on the kids is not a problem.
The dining kitchen is fully equipped for the self-caterer.
The lounge is Air Conditioned and has Satellite TV and a DVD player. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment has its own washing machine.
