HOW ARE WE DOING?
Well dear investors, I DO have a big problem this time. Last month I wrote we manage to raise 274.3 percent, as we did, and
did comment that that is outstanding ski-high, what it was. So what could possibly be the problem? Well, what else of word
can describe something better than last? In the month of January we managed to increase the investment level by 338%. Sorry,
I truly dont have words for that; you will have to add them yourself. Maybe just a FANTASTIC will do. You decide.

Anyway, Upgrades per day moved from 43 upgrades a day to highest 91 a day. That is more than double up. Also the total
upgraded member level rose to more than 200% and 768 new members signed up an account. A fantastic month, even that Liberty
Reserve was out of function for 4 days. Finally the investing went a little slower than expected, however $6,855.00 was
added the investor account. It was a difficult month doing great investments course the turbulent USA marked, effecting both
Euro and Asia as well. But still I got some (lucky shots). Most time is to wait for the right time and then hit when times
shows. But waiting does not mean doing nothing. Everyday is hours of follow up everywhere on the marked, and planning the
next move.

Some other good things happened that month. Several big senior investors joined up and plan to use their contacts to gain
more members. Some of them even want to use most of their profits to add banners on forums and monitors and they already got
started. I take this kind of acknowledgment very personal and feel honored. Thank you for the trust you showed towards me,
it will be returned in full.

PROGRAM CHANGES
My questions in last news letter were to lower the referral commission and to remove the stats from page and maybe add some
listings. However I only got 6 answers in return on it and therefore will do what I find most suitable for the program.
So here is what I do.

The stats will be completely removed from the front page, BUT will remain on member page. Referral commission will be
adjusted to 4% for upgraded members and 1% for free. This to prevent interest in cheating money out of the program, but
still keep it attractive for investors to promote, what many do to gain a little more!

Another interesting development turning up in January also requires a small adjustment. In the month of January several big
investors joined the program with interest in investment much greater than $10,000. This gave me two things to show
consideration for. First thing is hit and runners (what we don t have). Hit and runners will just love upgrading one big
amount and disappear afterwards. Second thing is a stable cash flow making my planning easy and foreseeable and make more
daily equal payments. So I found the solutio70n to set the daily upgrade maximum to $2,500. This sounds maybe low, but if
you want, you are able to make 14 upgrades on $2500 investing $35,000 of total. That should cover most investors interest
for a while. And same time we limit eventual hits and runners making the program second choice to do their kind of investing.

All changes will take effect just after midnight server time

FREE EXCHANGE
